Fifteenth Journal Entry

September 22, 2009 - Interactive Poem
I love what people come up with as flash games. Some of them are really innovative. Today I Die is one of the most original game ideas I've ever seen. It's an interactive poem. It starts out sad, and you interact with the girl and her surroundings, replacing words in the poem until you reach the positive poem ending. There are actually two possible endings to the poem, both of them with an uplifting message. I'd love to see more video games expressed as art like this one. The concept was really beautiful.
