Slipping Serenity

Slipping Serenity is the title of my first song and my third original short cartoon. It is a music video using my 31 animations created during the first January Animation Month challenge, a planned JAM animation that I couldn't get to work the way I wanted it, a scene from my first short cartoon The Cupcake Topper, and a title card from an as-of-yet unreleased short cartoon.

I created the song during February Album Writing Month 2011. It was the only song I finished for that challenge, but I was incredibly pleased with that year's challenge because I got to experience my lifelong dream of getting a song I created played on the radio when Slipping Serenity was played during the second FAWMcast radio show.

The song was completed on the first day of FAWM, February 1, 2011. The JAM animations were created between January 1 and January 31, 2011. The animations were compiled into a music video on February 2, 2011 and uploaded to my YouTube page that same day.
